I had an incredible time at this hotel! The animation team was fantastic, keeping the atmosphere lively with daily activities and amazing evening shows. The beach and pool areas were stunning and always clean. However, I did encounter some uncomfortable situations with staff members that could affect future visits. Overall, it was a lovely vacation with delicious food and beautiful surroundings.
